Anne Fikes supports a variety of projects by conducting background research, contributing to written reports and dissemination products, and developing project deliverables. These projects include the Practice Guide for Reducing Suspensions and Expulsions in Early Education, the Efficacy Study of the Universally Designed Science Notebook, the Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS) and the Evaluation of the Midwest Expansion of the Child-Parent Center (CPC) Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Investing in Innovation (i3) grant program.
Fikes also assists with data collection, direct assessments, and survey administration for projects including CBITS, Foundations RCT, the PSJA ISD Safe Schools project, and the WestEd Early Math Project, another i3 program.
Fikes holds a B.A. in French and international studies from Seattle University and an M.S. in comparative social policy from the University of Oxford.
